Frequently asked questions
What are printable files? And do you offer any printing services?
A printable file is a high resolution JPG or PDF file that's sent electronically. Digital files are great because:
• You can print as many times as you want.
• They have a faster turn around time.
• You don't have to pay for shipping or wait for item to arrive.

Otherwise your other printing options are:
• Local print shop - Staples, Walmart, etc.
• Online printer - Zazzle, Shutterfly, etc.
• Print from home.
You can also find my printing services under Add On Services section of my shop.
How do I place an order?
Prior to making any purchase with my shop please take the time to read through the listing's description, it will contain the information I need from you and any other directions on how to place an order. If you are on a phone you may have to click "Item Details", in a desktop click "Learn more about this item" under description.
As per Etsy's Buyer Policy: Customers are responsible for reading all item descriptions and shop policies BEFORE making a purchase.

How do I send you my pictures?
I use a file sharing service called WeTransfer. To use go to wetransfer.com, select 'Get transfer link' and upload your pictures.
Alternatively, you can share your pictures with me using dropbox, google drive or any other file sharing service. You can also send your files a zip file via email.
Copy and paste your album link to the personalisation field as instructed.
How many pictures should I send?
In each listing I state the recommended amount of pictures for each collage. If you send more pictures than the recommended amount, I reserve the right to select the pictures that best fit the design. Please let me know if there are any pictures that must be included, so I can make sure I include them.
How long will it take to create my design?
The current turn around time is posted in each listing description.
If you have a tight deadline to meet please do let me know prior to ordering.
Do I get to see a proof of my design?
For custom printable files: the high-res file will be uploaded to Etsy for download.
For custom physical orders: your proof will be sent to you via Etsy convo.
I can make any changes until you are happy with your design. Please allow up to 24 hours between edits.
What are instant download listings? And how do I receive them?
Instant download listings are for pre-made files that are already uploaded and ready for download directly from the Etsy website.
Once the instant download listing is purchased, an email from Etsy with your download link is automatically sent to your Etsy account registered email.

Returns and Refunds For Physical Products
Once an order has been sent to my production partner, I can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipping address was incorrect, the wrong size or color were ordered, or you simply don't like the product, I cannot return or exchange it. Look at your proof very carefully before approving it.
However, we can offer a replacement, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such. If your item(s) is damaged during transit, please notify us within 5 Business Days.
I DO NOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING TIMES. The estimate time given by Etsy is just an estimate.
Terms and Conditions
• Instant downloads: All sales are final.
• Custom printables: Refunds are offered before work has began. Once work is under way, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges.
• Physical products: Refunds are offered before work has began. Once work is under way, and you wish to cancel, you will be refunded the physical product price & shipping MINUS my edit fee for the design work.
• Look at proof carefully.
• You must not resell, redistribute, share, or trade Always Designs products.
• Colors vary from screen to screen and printer to printer so they may appear slightly differently to how you view them on your device.
• Please read listings carefully before you purchase.
• By purchasing any product you accept the terms and conditions.
